How do renewals and upgrades work?
For paid fixed-term subscriptions, each completed payment adds 365 days (1 year) or 730 days (2 years) to your current expiry date, or starts from the payment date if you have no unexpired paid time. Buying 2 years adds time; it does not replace your existing term.
Upgrading from Standard to Pro Bulk takes effect as soon as payment settles: all remaining Standard time becomes Pro Bulk time, plus the term you buy. You pay the full selected plan price, with no prorating or credit for unused time. Open-ended admin or complimentary access stays open-ended.
Example: buy Standard for 1 year, then Pro Bulk for 1 year, then Pro Bulk for 2 years close together — that adds up to 1,460 days (about 4 years), not 3 years.
